QUICK-STEP LAUNCHES SUITE OF ALL-NEW PRODUCTS – CONFIRMING BEST IN CLASS

Australia’s leading flooring solutions company, Quick-Step, has launched its all-new streamlined and svelte product range for 2014. With quality, design and innovation being the cornerstones of their range, the flooring bar will be lifted again with Quick-Step fine-tuning its laminate, timber, bamboo and accessory ranges.

THE LARGO RANGE – LAMINATE

CUSTOM DEVELOPED AUSTRALIAN WOOD
Quick-Step’s laminate range has undergone a complete make-over with the introduction of three custom-designed products inspired by Australian species for the Largo range. Meticulously researched and prepared by National Product Manager, Kendall Waller, and also chief designer of the development of the products, the refined Largo range exudes class, especially with its wide boards and rustic charm. According to Kendall, this is the first time in Quick-Step Australia’s history that Largo products have been created specifically for the local market using Australian species as inspiration. “The research, discovery, design and production process was intense and exhilarating all at the same time. The initial vision of creating three dynamic flooring products that can now be showcased in Australian homes is very rewarding. Australian consumers can now choose from Blackbutt, Spotted Gum, Recycled Hardwood and the new Long Island Oak Light in the refreshed 10-colour Largo range.”

THE ELIGNA RANGE – LAMINATE

RECLAIMED SETS THE TREND
The Quick-Step Eligna Wide continues to dazzle with the launch of a suite of new grey hues, guaranteed to tantalise all palettes. The designs are everything today’s customer is looking for: softer to darker grey, reclaimed looks with knots and cracks and a lively surface texture which continues to bewilder even the fussiest timber connoisseurs. Kendall Waller, with his expert team at Quick-Step, realised that the success of existing wide panels in Eligna had been nothing short of remarkable with demand for panels showcasing an opulent rustic finish and charm. “In recent times, we had discovered that the preferred neutral tone in Australia was grey hues and it was fundamental that Quick-Step not only accommodate these preferences but create a suite of greys that appeal to an even wider audience.” “Eligna Wide is now available in Caribbean Oak Grey Planks, Caribbean Oak Dark Planks and Oak Planks with Saw Cuts Light. Lovers of the natural brown tones will not be disappointed with the introduction of the Reclaimed Oak Brown Planks. That completes the seven-strong hue range in Eligna Wide which is the trendiest laminate available in Australia.”

THE CLASSIC RANGE – LAMINATE

CLASSIC BY NAME, CLASSIC BY NATURE Quick-Step’s Classic laminate range now has 12 shades of exuberance with the addition of Havannah Oak Natural with saw cuts, Havanna Oak Dark, also with saw cuts and Moonlight Oak Natural.

For Quick-Step, showcasing similar accessories just does not cut it as mediocrity is not an option. What Quick-Step prides itself on is to have identical accessories to its flooring and the result is sheer perfection with a room that is slick, glamorous and polished.

THE PALAZZO RANGE – TIMBER

The epitome of true workmanship is seen in the all-new stained oaks Palazzo range. The revitalised range showcases six luxurious stained oak designs and is now available Australia-wide. The beauty and ingenuity of the Readyflor Designer range lies in the Palazzo long boards – the longest timber flooring planks available on the Australian market. The two all-new options in luxurious Vintage Oak Matt and Pure Oak Matt, simply completes the Palazzo masterpiece. Kendall Waller says that Quick-Step carefully examines and monitors European trends and has seen low sheen flooring becoming the ‘go to’ product for homes.
